A Surgeon’s Foundation in Bioengineering and Anatomy
Dr. Kamrava’s path to facial plastic surgery began at UCLA, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in bioengineering. That analytical foundation carried into medical school at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University.
During his time there, he was awarded the Dr. Harold Lamport Prize for Biomedical Research for his work developing a custom 3D-printed middle ear prosthesis—research he presented at national conferences and later published in Otology & Neurotology and Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Kamrava also served as adjunct faculty in Temple’s College of Engineering, teaching an undergraduate course on biomedical technology.
“I’m drawn to results that look natural and timeless. My goal isn’t to chase a trend a patient may regret years later; it’s to create results that help you age gracefully and stand the test of time.”
